Because of the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to cancel your order after shipment. For cancellation, please call or email us no later than 2 days before the delivery date, Japan time.

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept a return or exchange. In case of defects or damage to the product, however, we will replace it without charge.
